Welcome to the web site of the Association of Sri Lankan Graduates of Canada (ASGC). ASGC was established in November 1989 with the following aims and objectives and celebrated its 19th anniversary in December 2008.

It first began as an association of graduates living in Canada who have graduated from Sri Lankan universities. Now, it has opened its doors to accommodate all Canadians of Sri Lankan origin who are graduates or three year diploma holders. Through this web page we hope to enroll more younger graduates of Sri Lankan Canadians who have graduated from Canadian universities to join and enrich our association.

Our goal is to foster good relations among the graduates and to help each other in the spheres of academic and professional pursuits. We have developed a "web directory" of graduates of Sri Lankan origin at this web site, please go through the directory and register yourself. Once fully operational, this directory is expected to serve as a valuable link for fellow graduates to make useful contacts with each other, exchange ideas information and news for their mutual benefit and for the betterment of the community they serve.
